The Beaumont Village in Aldershot, Hampshire, which was founded in 2003, is an excellent example of what we can provide and achieve.

It is a purpose-built and secure retirement complex, which incorporates care facilities of the highest standards for the elderly. It has been built on the site of former military stables and some of the buildings, which are listed, have been carefully and sensitively converted and restored to their former glory.

Each home is equipped with state-of-the-art security and audio-visual communication and is set amid landscaped gardens and a covered street area. The communal facilities are exceptional, with the option of seven-day-a-week nursing care. The aim is to promote independence within a caring environment.

The brand-new £3 million state-of-the-art care home Roby House at Huyton, which we built on behalf of Meridian Healthcare, is also a very good example of what we can provide. Residents, many of whom are in their 80s, have been overjoyed by their new home.

The facilities include a cinema complex, in-house hair studio, a relaxation therapy room and of course their own en suite facilities, including a shower in many cases.
