From finding and acquiring land, to designing and building a care home, a children's nursery or a private house, and to ensuring that the right financial package is in place, we can ensure that the whole development is undertaken in a structured, transparent and affordable way.

The sectors in which we work are becoming increasingly significant. With an ageing population, care for the elderly is one of the most important issues today. The demand for brand-new comfortable, attractive residential and nursing care homes, with the very latest facilities, is urgent - and we are able to satisfy it.

At the same time the need for children's nurseries is growing, with both parents in many families going out to work. Once again, we are able to build state-of-the-art nurseries in which children can feel safe, comfortable and fulfilled.

Meanwhile the need for social housing is also increasing, as many families struggle to get a foot on the property ladder. Our work with Yorkshire Housing in particular has proved that we are a capable provider in this sector. Our experience in the social housing sector means that we are also able to work on the burgeoning private housing field, with excellent results.

Finally Redworth Construction has also embarked on our first office development, at Manor Park, Old Malton. This superb £5 million development will house our new headquarters and will provide quality offices in a wonderful setting.
