A specialist in reidential and nursing care homes, Childrens day nurseries and housing association projects, Malton based Redworth Construction owes much of its rapid growth to Williams' expertise.
According to managing director Howard Rogers, her "expertise, dedication and ease with clients" has been a major factor in enabling the company to push its turnover to more than £22m this year after only five years of trading.
"My role is not only to create new business but to ensure that we have repeat business from key customers.Our new business is as a result of our reputation as specialists in care provision because there are legislative procedures which you must follow before a building is ready for handover," she says.
The company's success in this is shown not only in the geographical range of its work from aberdeen to cornwall but also in William's role in sourcing land for clients.
Williams is also involved in the company's own development work, including the £5m office development of Manor Park in Old Malton, which will not only house the expanding company's new head office but also offer office space for sale.
